Pets Theme Cards

The Pets Theme Cards are a visual language resource designed to support students in learning, recognising and confidently using pet-related vocabulary in the target language.

Each card combines a clear image with the matching word or phrase in the target language, helping students link meaning directly to language. This visual–text pairing supports comprehension and recall, enabling students to describe pets, talk about preferences, and use familiar animal vocabulary during oral language activities.
